This was the easiest, smoothest, and friendliest car buying experience we've ever had.

Our salesperson was Dario Miranda - he was not pushy at all, and answered all our questions authentically without us ever feeling like he was trying to just make a sale. He was also very accessible after our first visit and would answer any questions I had about the car in record time. I really appreciated that Dario was never doing a ton of reach out and let us take our time to come back to him when we were ready. My biggest pet peeve with car dealerships is when they call you everyday until you buy something. We also skipped the back and forth negotiations that usually make car buying tedious - the price WC Honda offered out of the gate was the most competitive price we found amongst Bay Area dealers.

The finance manager who walked us through the payments at the end was also great! In partnership with Dario, they actually recommended that we buy the vehicle we were looking at vs. lease (which usually every other dealer is trying to get you to lease so they can make more money off you!) based off the amount we were going to put down and other incentives.

I really appreciated the honesty, non-salesy, and efficient experience we had at Walnut Creek Honda. Would highly recommend! And now we're off to take a ride in our new 2019 Honda Clarity Plug-in Hybrid!

Went in for van recall and from the receptionist scheduling to the service dept we received excellent service!  I bought this van here 17 yrs ago!  They were excellent then and still are terrific!! AAA+++

This review is for the sales department and my experience with Chris Beam.  I called ahead and asked for the lowest price he could offer.  He was able to give me a very competitive price that was lower than all the other Bay Area dealers I contacted.  Other dealers would not even match the price.  I walked in the same day, test drove the car, signed some papers, and was out in no time.  Chris explained everything well, did not pressure me at all, accommodated all my needs, and overall it was an easy and smooth car-buying experience.  I would highly recommend Chris Beam and the sales department at Walnut Creek Honda.
